What battery options are available for the AED Pro?

Can we configure the shock energy to our institutions protocols?

Yes, the default is 120/150/200 (adult), 50/70/85 (Pediatric) but the AED Pro gives you the control to change energy levels for each shock.

How do you switch the AED Pro into manual mode?

To switch the AED Pro to manual mode you simply hold down the two grey soft keys, then select manual with the left soft key and confirm.

Is the AED Pro suitable for use on pediatric patients?

With the use of pedi•padz II® Pediatric Electrodes the AED Pro can defibrillate patients under 8 years of age. The intelligent pediatric capability in the AED Pro means that as soon as pedi•padz II Pediatric Electrodes are attached the unit will adjust the joule setting down to 50/70/85.

How much data can be stored on the AED Pro?

The AED Pro can store up to 4 rescues (5.8 hours) or 1 rescue and 20 min. of audio.

Where can I get the software to download the data from the AED Pro?

The standard addition of RescueNet® Code Review data management software is free to download from www.zolldata.com/web/download.htm.
